Baggage Storage
We’re happy to take your luggage before check-in, Monday to Friday from 11:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 13:00. Please contact our team using the phone number given in your booking confirmation.

Booking, Changes & Cancellations
Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations yourself. Simply click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received right after booking. On the following page, enter the email address you used to book, along with your surname. You can then view, change or cancel your booking.
Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.
Please note that for bookings made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions stated there apply.
Check-in
Our reception is staffed daily from 13:00 to 21:00 - during this time our team is on hand to answer any questions and offer tips and recommendations for things to see and do in Freiburg. Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 21:00.
By prior arrangement, we’re also happy to offer an earlier arrival before 16:00.
A late arrival can likewise be arranged in advance. After 21:00, you’ll collect your apartment key from a key box. Please get in touch with our team to arrange this.
Check-out
You can check out comfortably until 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
A later check-out can be arranged in advance, up to 12:00. Please contact our team about this. If you end up leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.
Children
We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or speak to reception during your stay.
Cleaning
For stays of at least 7 nights, we offer a free interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, taking out the rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee and soap, plus a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
An additional interim cleaning at an interval of your choice is available for €25 per cleaning. Just get in touch with our team to arrange this.
On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of holding your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted by us on the day of departure.
Discount for Longer Stays
For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. From a stay of 30 nights, simply enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Here’s how easily you can reach us:
By car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the Freiburg-Mitte exit and head towards Freiburg on the B31a.
At the B3 exit towards Merzhausen/B31/Stadtmitte/Konzerthaus/Hauptbahnhof, take the exit and keep right to turn onto Schnewelinstraße/B3.
After about 800 m, turn right into Eisenbahnstraße, then after about 300 m turn left onto Rotteckring. After about 270 m, carry straight on across the junction into Katharinenstraße. On the right-hand side you’ll find the entrance to our courtyard - the entrance to the apartments is right there in the courtyard. The building itself has the address Friedrichring 37.
By public transport:
Coming from the main station, take tram line 3 towards Zähringen. Please get off at the Europaplatz stop. After a six-minute walk, you’ll arrive at our door.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
Invoice
Please enter your invoice details into our guest system before your departure date. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.
Is an Apartment Better Than a Hotel Room?
An apartment gives you everything a hotel room does - and a lot more: generous living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and the freedom to plan your day independently of breakfast and restaurant hours. For families, groups and longer stays in particular, a holiday apartment is usually also the more affordable choice, since you book a whole apartment rather than individual rooms. You won’t have to go without your usual comforts either: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are all included, and our team is there for you in person.
Our Services
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need anything topped up or need anything else. Final cleaning is included in the price too.
Parking
You can park comfortably in our on-site car park for €15 per night per space. Please let us know if you’d like to book a space.

Payment Information
Bookings made through our website can be paid conveniently by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.
Pets
Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the extra cleaning involved. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that we will charge €300 if this rule is broken.
Washing Machine
Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you’re welcome to use free of charge along with the detergent provided. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our team.
