Our thoughtful functionality meets individual design. The F33 one-room apartments feature a custom-made furniture line designed exclusively for this house. The centrepiece is a stylish bed with integrated bedside tables, gentle indirect lighting and practical reading lights, as well as sockets including USB ports — perfect for modern living. A fully equipped kitchen is also available, which is ideal for those who like to cook. A large table with two comfortable armchairs is perfect for working, eating or relaxing. The modern, spacious bathroom completes the high-quality design and adds to your everyday comfort. We offer flexible check-in options. Our reception is not always staffed, but if you arrive outside of our standard check-in times, please use our key box. Arrange a time with us in advance and we will deposit your key (subject to availability). One day before you arrive, we will send you the personal access code for the key box by email.
