Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). These are emptied daily. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

Please depart by 11 am. When you leave the apartment, please put the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we will have to charge you 100 euros if you lose your room key. You can check out later than 11 am by prior arrangement, up to 12 noon. Please contact our staff to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier, please let us know the day before so that we can optimise the deployment of our housekeeping team.

• Turn the heating down by one degree.
• Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air.
• Set the fridge to medium cooling.
• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of opening windows slightly.

You are welcome to park your bike in our courtyard/car park. Please note that we cannot accept any liability.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvements. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

All of our apartments have underfloor heating. There are wall-mounted devices for regulating the heating. We will be happy to assist you with the settings.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? From Monday to Friday from 11 am and on Saturday/Sunday/holidays from 1 pm we are happy to take your luggage before check-in. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

We kindly ask you to observe the night-time rest period between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

We are happy to provide you with a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Before you depart, please enter your invoice details into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of your departure. You will be able to access the system a few days before you arrive.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which will be provided clean and fully stocked. Please put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only when they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish and replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap. It also includes a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our staff to arrange this.
On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will incur a charge of at least EUR 25. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

At our parking lot in the backyard you will find a snack machine where you can buy drinks, food and snacks for a fee.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A free fan is available for hot summer days. If you require an additional one, please contact our staff.

Is it too cold for you? Please contact our staff. We will be happy to provide you with a fan heater.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Does your apartment not have a washing machine? There is another washing machine in our basement that you are welcome to use.
