Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? We’re happy to take your luggage before check-in, Monday to Friday from 11:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 13:00. Please contact our team to arrange this. You can park your bike in our courtyard/car park. Please note that we accept no liability.

You can check out comfortably until 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please note that we’ll have to charge a flat fee of €100 if you lose your apartment key. A later check-out can be arranged in advance, up to 12:00. Please contact our team about this.

If you end up leaving earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or speak to our team during your stay.

The apartment comes with a kitchen provided clean and with the full inventory. We ask that you only put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they’re clean.
Please don’t shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 nights, we offer a free interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, taking out the rubbish, restocking toilet paper, coffee pods and soap, plus a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. An additional interim cleaning at an interval of your choice is available for €25 per cleaning. Just get in touch with our team to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of holding your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted by us on the day of departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you’d like an extra one, please get in touch with our team.
Too cold for you? Please contact our team. We’re happy to bring a fan heater to your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so we can put it right during your stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their fittings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will be charged for.

Please enter your invoice details into our guest system before your departure date. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need anything topped up or need anything else. Final cleaning is included in the price too.

You can park comfortably in our on-site car park for €15 per night per space. Please let our team know if you’d like to book a space.

Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet to cover the extra cleaning involved. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

All our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the furnishings caused by burns, at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Near our car park you’ll find a snack machine where you can buy drinks, food and snacks for a fee.

Stadtgarten & Schlossberg

Just a 10-minute walk from F33 lies the Stadtgarten - a green oasis of calm with more than 250 varieties of roses, mature trees and ponds. From here, the Schlossbergbahn funicular takes you straight up the 460 m Schlossberg, which invites you to enjoy scenic hiking trails and a wonderful panoramic view over Freiburg, the Black Forest and as far as the Rhine plain.

Bike Rental (frelo)

A frelo bike-sharing station is just about 140 m from F33 - ideal for spontaneously exploring Freiburg and the surrounding area by bike.

All our apartments have underfloor heating. There are wall-mounted controls for adjusting it. We’re happy to help you with the settings.

Our apartments have a washing machine, which you’re welcome to use free of charge along with the detergent provided. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our team.

Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins (yellow: plastic, green: paper, brown: residual waste). Large bins are also available in the courtyard, where you can empty full bins as needed. On departure, you can leave your rubbish in the apartment - we’ll dispose of it for you during the final clean.
